QuickServe designs, installs and fully operates premium vending machines built specifically for tennis clubs. We handle everything, so your club and its members get a seamless, professional service.
Every club we speak to describes the same three moments. None of them are the club's fault, and all three are fixed by one piece of equipment.
Members arrive straight from work without a fresh set. The game is played on dead balls, and the experience of your courts is quietly downgraded.
The court is booked, the players arrive without equipment, and if nothing is available on site the court sits empty. That is booked revenue lost.
Most shops close by late afternoon. Evening players, typically a club's largest segment, have nowhere on site to buy.
Each of those moments is a member walking off site, a court sitting idle, or a set of dead balls on your best court. QuickServe closes all three at once, at no cost and no admin to the club.
Your club provides the location. We provide the machine, the stock, the payments, the servicing and the reporting.
We visit the club, measure the space, check the power supply and agree the position with your committee.
A written proposal covering commission, targets and term. No lock-in, and nothing starts until you sign.
Machine delivered, positioned, connected and stocked. One morning on site, with no disruption to play.
Cashless payments tested and live. Your club dashboard switches on the same day.
Zero capital cost and zero ongoing work for your committee at every step. If the site does not suit, we tell you at the inspection rather than after you have signed.
Every product is selected because tennis players genuinely need it at the exact moment they are at your club.
Powerade Ion4 · Powerade Zero · Diet Coke · Mt Franklin
Muesli bar · Funday lollies · Tony's Chocolonely
Overgrip 3-pack · Sport towel
What the machine actually changes, from the perspective of the people who use your courts.
Balls, drinks and accessories before the first morning hit or after the last evening match.
Apple Pay, Google Pay and contactless card. No cash, no coins, no friction.
Dunlop Australian Open, Head Coach Pro, Powerade, Coca-Cola and Tony’s Chocolonely.
When members can get what they need, they stay longer and socialise more.
Running late and the pro shop is shut. The machine solves this permanently.
No orders, no restocking, no troubleshooting. A passive benefit with no overhead.
From week one your committee can see exactly what the machine is doing and exactly what the club has earned. No spreadsheets, no month-end wait, no asking us.
Partner clubs only. Your committee is issued one login when the machine goes live.
On top of the service your members get, your club receives a share of every sale. Commission is calculated automatically and deposited each month.
Every partner club gets a live dashboard from week one: transactions, stock levels, commission accruals and usage trends, visible to your committee at any time.
Already operating on Perth courts, with every partner site inside our metro servicing route. Melbourne follows in late 2026.
Trading since March 2026. Cashless from day one and restocked on a usage-based schedule, with the club's commission accruing automatically.
Signed after a full assessment of the club's sixteen courts, floodlit until 10pm. The machine sits courtside.
Further Perth sites are under assessment through 2026, and Melbourne follows from late 2026. Two of our founders are Melbourne based.
Getting started takes one conversation. We visit your club, walk your committee through the setup, and have the machine live within four weeks of signing.
We started QuickServe because we kept showing up to tennis and running out of balls, or arriving to a closed pro shop. We figured there had to be a better way.
QuickServe is an Australian startup on a mission to make tennis club life simpler. We operate smart vending machines as a fully managed service, installed right at your club and stocked with everything a player needs to just show up and play.
We are based in Perth, Western Australia, and are live at Applecross Tennis Club since 18 March 2026. Leederville Tennis Club followed in September 2026, with more Perth clubs through the rest of the year.
Tennis clubs are typically available around the clock. Pro shops and club offices are not. Players arrive early in the morning, late at night, or on public holidays, only to find nowhere to buy balls, a drink, or a snack.
QuickServe machines are always on. Tap your card, grab your balls, and get on court in under 30 seconds. No app, no account, no waiting.
Every product in our machine is chosen specifically for tennis players. Nothing generic, nothing cheap.
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including public holidays. Machines do not take days off.
We share revenue with every partner club. A QuickServe machine is a genuine income stream, not just a service.
Australian weather, Australian clubs, Australian players. We are building the right thing from the ground up.
QuickServe was founded by a team of tennis players who also work in tech and operations. We understand the sport, the clubs, and the technology required to make this work reliably at scale.
